Stay calm and listen to the students. Repeat, repeat, repeat!

Stay calm. Even if they are driving you insane or their nonsense is getting to you, don’t let them see it. Don’t show them that you are angry even though you may be, because if the students can see it, then they’re going to play at that. I’m assuming that one of your classes is really badly behaved, since you asked how to deal with classroom managements, so I think you need to look into your school’s behaviour plan – If you have a student disrupting the class, remove them so the class is not disturbed. If they continue to do it, send them to the principal, and call their parents. Write a bad letter home to the family. Seperate groups that you know are going to cause problems, or have a seating plan.
Hope I helped in some way.
