Thank you. Guilt is a big enemy for me in my life. I had never thought of it in this way before. This will help me not beat up on myself when I mess up.

Once again I shall say that guilt is a good thing it teaches us that we are making a mistake, and that creation or god is telling us that we are being miss guided. This is a learning experience it is better to sometimes it is better to make a mistake and learn from it, then not make a mistake. But one should always listen to that inner voice for it shall never miss guide you.
PLEASE DO NOT DISREGARD THIS COMMENT LIKE YOU DID THE LAST TIME THANKS, EVERY ONE IS INTITLED TO THEIR OPINIONS.

If you feel guilt it is a good thing, it means that god or creation speaks to you, and that you know what you do is wrong. However we must learn from our mistakes, and accept that we will sometimes make mistakes, but we must learn from them and not make the same mistakes, but we should also forgive our selves for those mistakes, by forgiving our selves god or creation forgives us for he lives through us, but it must be done with true intent. Those that do not feel guilt are misguided.

Harjas Kaur ji , in my opinion ,Guruka Singh ji is not saying something which is not accepted in Gurbani . Gurbani merely states that there is no heaven & hell where humans go after death . As such Christian heaven & hell is not what he is talking about . He is merely stating that heaven & hell is a state of how u r living now . Not after death . Gurbani states that ” Dhan(u) nahi…. apney gurparsadey . ” (pg 969 SGGS ) & ” Taha baikunth(u) jah kirtan tera tun apey sarda laeh ” (pg 749 SGGS )

His name is Guruka Singh and there is no “one” that took over after the passing of yogi bhajan. Guruka is just a humble Sikh who works with us at SikhNet and has a very unique way of explaining things.

The background is fine. No disrepsect to Jeff, but maybe he is distracted by the bg because he needs a little a ridalin?

Great words. Only thing distracting is the moving background image. I guess the video editor is emotionally attached to that bg.
