I wanna lose weight but its super hard cause my cafeteria at school doesn’t serve anything healthy ( except a salad and a ham sandwich, but i hate ham and i don’t trust if they washed their leafy greens properly) and at home my family is just like an american family, we eat a bunch of junk food and nothing healthy at home. I guess this doesn’t really have anything to do with self discipline but how can i make myself eat better?
