Provide them rest areas and try to make sure they have a healthy life styles.
We all know that you have a high stress job and often don’t have a good sleep.
There has to be team work and know each others strenghs and weaknesses and a good team leader or boss. A good boss can make or break your days.
Everyday, the leader should remind people of their responsibilities, and give them some sort of pep talk reminding them of why they joined up to help in the emergency room etc.
My mom is a supervisor for a large corporation and she always takes the time to do that.
She is loved by her staff, and I noticed that she always carries candies with her to give out .

Teach them humility. If they can learn to treat patients how they would expect to be treated as a patient maybe they’ll realize the importance of treating them with respect and dignity and won’t act like uncaring perverts.
