Self-discipline is the ability to get yourself to take action regardless of your emotional state. It is when you reach the point that when you make a conscious decision, it’s virtually guaranteed you’ll follow through on it. What small change can you make TODAY to make a major change to follow through with your goals tomorrow? Let me know! Also, what do you want to know about me or my life. Leave a comment below so I can answer your questions in the next 9 days of this random video challenge. Peace! The five pillars of self-discipline are: Acceptance, Willpower, Hard Work, Industry, and Persistence. If you take the first letter of each word, you get the acronym “A WHIP” — a convenient way to remember them, since many people associate self-discipline with whipping themselves into shape. Note: In addition to eating the foods I stated above, I am actually taking a herbal product called Full Body Detox (dherbs.com). BUT, you don’t have to take any products to do a full body detox.
I wish you the best!!!!

I don’t eat pork or care for red meat ewwww!! But I notice, I started drinking soda and that is not good for us! I will commit to two weeks of not drinking soda. I will make my fresh ice tea at (the fruit herbal kind) taste so good cold and you don’t even need sugar! =))))) One thing that I did cahnge was buying bottled water. I heard it has sugar in it and other things that are not healthy. I now boil my water and the put it in bottles and refrigerate. Works for me and save me so much money.
