I am looking to have a self imposed small consequence for doing things I don’t want to do to help remind me not to and help with my self control. Nothing weird or abusive to myself. Something like taking things away, writing assignments etc. Any ideas?
She is very whiney and a spoiled brat. Spankings don’t work that well. Also I have trouble getting her to eat at mealtimes and go to bed at bedtime. I am getting frustrated with her.
