Say for example a kid makes a mistake during a basketball game. I say nothing. Then i make a mistake, and he calls me ouut and makes fun of me and gets mad. But i choose to control myself and not say anything, to use self discipline. To me thats being a pushover.
Also, does self discipline involve giving up fun? Like not going to a party etc.?

i have bad sleeping and eating habits. Im super lazy. I have a hard time doing any homework and reading. I have a hard time motivating myself to go to the gym. What’s the key to better self disciplines?? How do i change my desires?? pls help!
