My 5 year old daughter starts school next year and my ex and I can’t seem to agree on the best parenting arrangement. I have proposed a week on week off arrangement as I feel this would provide more stability. She prefers a mid week handover. Which of these options would be better for my daughter?

He is a great kid. He just doesn’t have any drive to do things on his own. He is getting F’s in school because of not turning assignments in and late work, and I don’t think he cares. How can we teach him self discipline and to have that drive to do it on his own?
