		<description>I am a teacher and I use the removal of privileges (like recess) and detentions.  I also use time-out with students where they must sit out - away from their &quot;audience&quot; for a few minutes.  

You can also use incentive charts with particular students.  You both agree to a behavior contract and then chart the success until the goal is reached and some privilege is earned.  (like extra computer time).
